The beginning...
OK, although I never have been much of a writer, I thought this would be a good way to keep track of how my weight loss is going.
My goals:

- To get fit. I'm not looking to be a size 6, that's just not a realistic goal for my body type.
- I would like to lose some fat (especially belly fat, which is supposed to be the worst for your health), around 40-50lbs, and reduce my BMI to a more healthy level.
- Build some muscle
- Have more energy.
Actions:
- More fruits, vegetables and whole grains added to my diet.
- Less refined sugars and fats
- More Cardio (I don't particularly enjoy this one)
- More Weight Training (This, I do enjoy)
- Get more sleep (this will make it easier to get up and work-out before work)
Starting Statistics:
- Weight - 189lbs
- BMI - 33
- Age - 28 (at least for 1 more day :)
- Height - 5'3"
